How would I go about effecting multiple object with the same noise?

Basically like a World Space Modifier in 3ds Max.

derp! figured out that it's in the Warp section.

Silly me.

Next question: is there an easy way to apply this to a large group of objects? They're all parented together so it's kind of hard to go one by one.

You found the Noise warp then, yeah it is a bit of a pain having to bind each object to the warp but currently that is the only way to do it, you could write a simple script to add the bind modifier to all the children of an object and set the target. It is an area of MegaFiers that does need sorting out the whole group thing, there is an alpha of group modify in there just not had the time to revisit it and test it fully.
