i have installed windows on to a new HDD and need to transfer my license to the new HDD.
i have already requested the license at least 3 times via the support ticket system, giving my paypal purchase id as well as the serial number, but i am yet to get a reply.

kindly let me know what more do i need to do to get a reply from your side regarding the activation. this is getting embarrassing now having to beg for something that i have already paid for.
